CIM Concepts offers managed services under our "RMM" (Remote Monitoring and Management) package plans.

Our Small Business Basic plan includes monitoring, reports, antivirus updates and system security patches.  Technicians are available as needed for remote or on-site support, billed hourly based on actual usage.

Our Small Business Gold plan provides the same services, plus routine preventative maintenance, at a fixed monthly cost for predictable budget planning.  We can also back up data from your computers directly to our in-house secure data storage, over the internet.

Our RMM services for mid-sized businesses include Active Directory and Group Policy management, SQL Server and Oracle database support, UNIX and Linux server monitoring, and more!  Contact us for details.
