Custom Data Integration

CIM Concepts has a long history in data integration for manufacturing.  For many years our flagship CIMserv data package has provided a flexible, affordable, semi-customized solution for real-time data acquisition and trending for several of our clients.

Another common need for our manufacturing clients has been to preprocess or migrate lab result data for reporting.  Some examples of our past work in this area include the following:

• An Oracle "lab shadow" database allows reporting of lab tags together with real-time tags at a large oil refinery.
• Polymer batch results are pulled automatically from SAP QM into Infinity (Proficient) IQS.
• MS Access data was imported seamlessly into Northwest Analytical Quality Analyst (NWAQA).
• Pre-formatting of SQL server process data greatly improved response time for Wonderware QIA charts.
