Added support for lookup of Candian postal codes in a customer enrollment
web application, filling in the city, province and country automatically
to minimize manual data entry by the end user.
Finished the detail design for an automated data feed of warehoused SAP
QM (Quality Module) data into an Infinity Proficient SQC
(Statistical Quality Control) database.
Created new Title V tag calculations for a refining client, and improved
the reliability roll-up algorithm for existing tags.
Diagnosed and repaired an OPC server for Visual MESA use.
Mapped out a replacement strategy for old Cisco 2950 switches on a refinery's Process Control Network.
Facilitated retrieval of large amounts of historical trend and database data from a legacy system
for a customer with no direct network connectivity to that system.
Consulted with a chemical manufacturer on upgrade strategies for their plant DCS (Digital Control System).
Assisted a client with configuration and troubleshooting of a mail relay system for
sending SMTP messages from a control network to the enterprise mail delivery infrastructure.
Provided network design services for expanding a control network and improving its robustness.
Designed and created database objects to support a new Capital Projects
module within a client intranet application.
